Over 30 years of experience has broadened and deepened my expertise in research, teaching, administrative activities and consultancy in research and impact studies (quantitative and qualitative analysis, impact evaluation, outcome harvesting, mixed method, RCT, propensity score matching, regression analysis). I have been engaged in a wide range of environments, either as a leader of a team, or a team member or as an individual.
My Ph.D. research at a college in the London University was based on an extensive quantitative analysis of food marketable surplus and policy. I coordinated econometrics, research methods, natural resource and environment, development, principles of economics (micro and macro), farm business management, project analysis and microeconomics courses for undergraduate and MSS students of economics in two
Bangladeshi universities, Greenwich University UK and the Papua New Guinea University of Technology. My other expertise include selection of research bidders through competitive tendering process, leading survey teams, action research projects of interventions. I consider myself extremely adaptable to any situation.
Since 2005, I have been working as a research consultant independently being associated with reputable organisations world-wide (ODI London, Oxford University, Plymouth University, ILRI, CIMMYT, IFPRI, World Bank, FAO, UNESCO, UNDP, BAU, SUST, North South University). My achievements are many include awards, research grants, publications, consultancy contracts through which I helped these organisations’ enrich reputation.
