Jafreen is a seasoned data scientist with over a decade of experience in analysing and managing large datasets and a total of two decades across various industries.

Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst in the Department of Health under the Victorian State Government of Australia, Jafreen brings a wealth of knowledge from the data industry. Her educational background encompasses three graduate-level degrees, including a master's in Database Systems from University Putra Malaysia, an MBA from North South University, Bangladesh, and a graduate diploma in Data Science from Monash University, Australia.

Jafreen's academic journey began with a computer science degree from North South University. She has also contributed to academia as an author of several research articles on data mining and integration, published in the Journal of Computer Science and Journal of Theoretical and Applied Information Technology.

Her expertise lies in interpreting and analyzing data to derive business insights, supported by a solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, and analytics. She has contributed to a range of projects within the State Department of Health, ESTA (000), and Selerity in Australia. In Bangladesh, she held the position of Business Unit Head at Bates Chi and Partners, overseeing the country operations and client brands under Marico, Rahim Afrooz, Square Toiletries, Siemens etc.
