Nishat Tasnim Anika is an aspiring economist. She holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree, both in Economics, from the University of Dhaka. Her areas of interest include macroeconomic policies, development, and climate change. Prior to RAPID, she worked at CPD, where she conducted extensive research on Bangladesh's business landscape and business process reengineering. She managed projects in collaboration with prominent organisations including the World Economic Forum, GIZ, Tara Climate Foundation. Her diverse background entails an internship at BRAC as well as roles as a content creator and marketing professional. Certified climate leader trained by the Climate Reality Project in 2020, Anika is driven by a desire to contribute to sustainable economic development.
