Ebney Ayaj Rana is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Development Studies at the University of Dhaka. He has recently graduated from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University with a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree, which he pursued as a Fulbright Scholar during 2018-2020. Prior to attending Georgia State, he received a Master of Social Sciences (MSS) in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka, researched at the Innovations for Poverty Action and Unnayan Onneshan, and taught at the University of Dhaka as a lecturer in development studies. His research interests are in industrial relations, human resource, labor economics, and public finance.
